The Shanghai World Expo in China, which has lasted for nearly two years, has just receded, and the Yeosu World Expo in Korea has once again become a hot spot. Yeosu is one of the most beautiful port cities in South Korea. The 2012 World Expo will be held here from May 12 to August 12. During the conference, more than 3,700 performances and activities were arranged. World-class theatrical performances, specially-invited superstar performances and street free-spirited programs burst out a vivid and passionate marine culture. Highlight scan: Yeosu, the site of the 2012 Yeosu World Expo in South Korea, is located at the southern tip of the Korean peninsula and is the intersection of the southeastern tip of Eurasia and the Pacific Ocean. Before the successful bid to host the World Expo in 2007, Yeosu was just a little-known town on the coast of South Korea, but since then, 2.1 trillion won has been invested to build a 250,000-square-meter cutting-edge fairground after four and a half years. In addition, the Lishui World Expo is characterized by 'oceanExcept for the theme pavilion, the Korean pavilion, the aquarium, and the marine robot pavilion, which accept ticket reservations, all other venues need to queue up on site. Here are a few highlights of the viewing experience. 'Digital Gallery': 'Sky Gallery' is 218 meters long, 30 meters wide, and 27 meters high. It is a marine culture and art gallery that combines digital and light art. The images change from time to time. In a short period of time, visitors can appreciate the essence of the ancient Korean legend 'The Legend of Simcheong 'Tianta Organ': The 76-meter-high Tianta is the tallest building in the Expo Park. Climbing to the top of the tower, you can have a panoramic view of the entire park and the south coast. On the outside of the tower, there is a giant pipe organ composed of a row of huge brass-colored vertical pipes. With the beating of the player’s fingers on the keys, the pipe organ emits a thick, long and beautiful sound that can reach 6 kilometers. So far, it was listed as the 'world's loudest pipe organ' by the Guinness Book of World Records last year. 'Dome Sky Screen': The 'Dome Sky Screen' in the Korea Pavilion set another Guinness record. The design of the Korea Pavilion is inspired by Tai Chi diagrams. The first exhibition hall is a three-sided screen with a total width of 70 meters, which uses oriental art techniques such as perspective paintings and screens to lead visitors into the maritime history of Korea; the second exhibition hall is 15 meters high, The world's largest dome canopy with a diameter of 30 meters and a 360° ring tells about South Korea's ocean development prospects and development potential in the 21st century and even the future high-tech era. 'Giant O shape': The giant 'O' shape standing on the semicircular bay is taken from the English initials of 'ocean'. It is the symbol of the Yeosu World Expo and is also a multifunctional performance facility. It adopts water screen projection technology with clear picture quality, uses water mist, laser, flame, etc. to deduce magnificent multimedia special effects, and together with the super large marine fountain array in front and the floating stage in the water, it forms a huge performance facility group.
