The main problems faced by the installation of outdoor full-color LED displays are as follows: (1) The outdoor temperature changes greatly, and a certain amount of heat will be generated during the normal operation of the display. If it encounters high temperature weather, the heat dissipation effect is poor, and the integrated circuit will work. Abnormal phenomena, or even being burned, affect the reuse of the display system; (2) Outdoor LED displays will be affected by the brightness of the sun, and there are some requirements for the brightness of the display. (3) Outdoor LED display installation environment generally has a relatively large space, because the display screen faces a wide audience, the viewing distance must be appropriate, too far or too close will affect the viewing effect, and will also cause the audience to be visually uncomfortable; (4) Full color The led display is installed outdoors, and its adaptability to the environment is much higher than that of the indoor led display. In the outdoor environment, the weather changes variously, the display screen is often exposed to wind, sun and rain, and the working environment is relatively harsh. Once the electronic equipment in the display screen is wetted or exposed to high temperature exposure, it will cause a short circuit in the circuit, or a fire, causing economic losses and casualties; (5) In summer, during thunderstorms, the display screen will be subject to electromagnetic shocks caused by lightning. , So the lightning protection measures must be appropriate; for the above special requirements, outdoor full-color LED displays must: (1) The engineering company needs to calculate the proper spacing of the full-color LED displays according to the use environment and viewing distance, so that the display can be displayed. To achieve the best effect; (2) To ensure long-distance viewing under strong ambient light conditions, ultra-high-brightness light-emitting diodes are required; (3) Lightning protection devices are installed on the full-color LED display and the building.
