1. Standard conditions of the inspection site: The environmental standards during screen inspection determine the accuracy of the inspection results, and the inspection environment has a specific and simple standard.   1. The inspection room must be surrounded by black curtains to achieve basically no interference of light sources into the inspection room.  2. Quality inspection table and magic light source settings, ceiling light settings, and common fluorescent lamps with multiple controllable single light source settings. (The detailed layout is shown in the figure below)   3. Set the position of the zebra crossing for the final inspection to determine the inspection of the items in the picture.  Note:   ⑴ is the location for detecting pinholes and scratches on the back;   ⑵ is the location for detecting black spots and scratches;   ⑶ is the location for detecting poor planes, dimples, and unevenness.   2. Screen inspection standards: The quality of the screen will directly affect the image effect it presents. The inspection of the screen is mainly flatness and thickness.  1. Screen surface defect detection standards and procedures:   ⑴, turn on the slide projector, confirm the black spots, lines and dirt on the white screen; scratches, scratches on the black screen; light transmission on the back of the screen, pinholes, etc.  ⑵, the light and dark stripes of the BS glass bead screen cannot be accepted. Turn off the slide projector after checking.   (3) Except the WF material screen, when inspecting the defects of the screens of other materials, the first row of top lights and the lights on the quality inspection table should be turned on and then inspected.  ⑷, WF material screen inspection, only turn on the fluorescent lamp on the quality inspection table.  ⑸, all inspection defects must be confirmed at the designated position on the zebra crossing. (As shown by the above icon)   ⑹, as A-grade fabric surface area A, B area should not have the following phenomena: black spots, pits, wrinkles, stains, lines, dirt, foreign matter (linear), pinholes , Scratches, thread ends, air bubbles. 2. Inspection standards and procedures for the flatness of the fabric curtain surface Generally in the production process, the flatness of the fabric curtain surface is mainly affected by the following factors, and any one of them will be judged as a non-conforming product:   ⑴, poor printing with black frames The part connecting the white screen and the black frame is uneven (dimple-like).  ⑵, the uneven strength of the aluminum tube and the inappropriate arc of the cut screen, resulting in the formation of shapes such as'V','/', and'\' on the surface of the screen and the poor plane formed by the loose vertical sides of the screen. (As shown below)   3. Screen thickness inspection:   The thickness required for fabrics of different materials is different. According to the fabric of each material, the thickness inspection standards are based on the best thickness. Standard data of screen fabric related dimensions ⑴, the STOP position and screen projection area The measurement standard of the upper dimension distance is: 250±5mm (except for the lengthened according to special requirements)   ⑵, the width measurement standard of the black frame (left and right and bottom) is: 50±1mm  ⑶, the largest curvature on both sides of the screen fabric Acceptance standards: specific curvature requirements will be formulated according to different materials of fabric; please see the table below for details. Material curvature allowable parameters WF201 within 15mm, WF202 within 15mm, WG148 within 15mm, WG245 within 15mm, BS within 15mm, 183-BS within 40mm, MW240, within 40mm After opening, the distance between the two sides shall not be greater than 3mm after opening, otherwise it is a substandard product.
