1. Complete the screen frame structure. Complete the screen frame structure according to the design drawings, including load-bearing channel steel. Open a reserved hole on the screen installation wall. The upper edge of the reserved hole is embedded with a 5cm channel steel, and the channel steel opening is upwards. The left and right, lower and upper edges of the hole are trimmed with wood panels. After completion, the inner frame size of the screen mounting frame is 2520mm wide x 1900mm high. The physical size of the DNP NWA120-inch screen is 2472mm wide x 1864mm high, and the thickness is 5.5mm on each side. There is roughly 2.5cm of reserved space. Remarks: *The rear projection room requires a dark room, all painted with black matte latex, and equipped with ventilation fans. *The whole wall structure is firm and reliable, and the suspension channel steel section must bear 100 kg without deformation. * DNP NWA120 inches screen size is 2472mm wide x 1864mm high, thickness 5.5mm, weight 31Kg. *The decorated frame is a regular cuboid, and the inner 4 edges must be on the same plane and smooth. 2. Check and process the completed frame structure. Check whether the screen mosaic surface in the frame is flat and on a vertical plane. The inlaid edges of the four screens must be carefully checked by hand. The angle steel may leave some solder joints and other impurities during the installation process, which needs to be polished with a grinder. For other three-sided wooden frames, corresponding inspections and treatments should also be carried out. , Especially the position of the corners, to ensure the uniformity of the pressure on the screen. After completing the inspection and processing of the frame flatness, black sponge stickers need to be attached to the four borders of the screen. The size of the sponge stickers is slightly smaller than the size of the borders. The sponge paste can evenly compress the screen while providing a certain expansion range for the expansion and contraction of the screen due to differences in temperature and humidity in the future. It is recommended to use aluminum alloy strips with a thickness of 1 to 2 mm and a width of about 25 mm for the bead mounted on the top of the screen. First, fix the aluminum alloy bead on the angle steel. The position of the aluminum alloy bead is at the center of the angle steel to enhance the uniformity of the screen lifting force. , Starting from the middle of the aluminum alloy, punch a 3 cm hole at a distance of about 40 cm. The hole must penetrate the angle steel completely. 3. Drill mounting holes on the screen and hoist the screen. Take out the screen carefully from the packaging box of the screen. Keep the screen as vertical as possible during transportation to avoid temporary bending caused by flat transportation. Place the screen flat on the ground with a clean protective board (such as the foam board in the packing box), and place the screen with the reverse side facing up. Select the upper edge of the screen to be hoisted, and use aluminum alloy strips to punch holes on the screen hoisting surface as a reference , After adjusting the aluminum alloy bead to a reasonable position according to the position of the installation frame, use a 3mm drill bit corresponding to the aluminum alloy bead to make a hole on the screen. During the drilling process, the drill bit should be vertical to the screen, and finally use a 5mm drill bit to cut the aluminum alloy The hole of the bead and the screen is enlarged to 5mm. Lift the screen and transfer it to the installation frame of the screen. Use a thin wooden board of uniform thickness on the bottom of the screen to raise the screen at the middle and left and right positions. Adjust the position and number of the boards and adjust the left and right positions of the screen to make the screen ready. Align the hole position of the angle steel with the hole position of the angle steel. Under normal circumstances, there will be slight differences. You can use an electric drill to enlarge the hole position of the screen to achieve correct alignment with the angle steel hole position. Tapping the steel screws to fix the aluminum alloy bead, and then slowly tighten the screws to press the screen tightly, but not too tight. Check whether the top of the front of the screen is tight and straight with the outer frame. 4. Fixing the screen Take out the wooden board at the bottom of the screen, let the screen sag naturally, and check whether the left and right sides and the bottom edge of the screen are tight and straight with the outer frame. There should be a gap of about 1 cm between the screen and the frame. After completing the inspection, press the left and right sides and bottom edge of the screen onto the screen frame with wooden thread or wooden board. 5. Adjust the projection and reflection system Adjust the height and position of the reflector and the projector, so that the projector reaches the full screen of the image after being refracted by the reflector. Loosen the screw that fixes the mirror surface on the reflector to eliminate image distortion that may be caused by the deformation of the reflector due to the tightening of the fixing screw. Fine-tune the position of the projector and mirror again to make the image reach the standard state.
