Training summary

I am very happy to come to the company to participate in the two-week training, here, I will start a new page in my life. When I first arrived at the company, I felt the enthusiasm and vitality of the company. It made me even more convinced that everything would be a good start. I have learned a lot from the one-week training. The company has arranged leaders and outstanding employees from different departments to give us training and explanations. The time is also very tight: manager Wu Zhile’s technical knowledge training, Yao’s market knowledge training, Yang Yan’s corporate culture Training of background and product production process, training of Li Hongyan’s financial knowledge, training of Mr. Sun’s product knowledge, and training of Mr. Xiao’s plans for the next ten years, etc.~ The company unabashedly showed up in front of our new employees. It let me Seeing that the improvement of various systems in an enterprise represents the process of a vigorous enterprise moving towards continuous growth, I think my choice is not wrong. In fact, I didn’t know much about the projection industry before, and I didn’t know much about projection screens. However, after a few days of internship in the factory workshop, I saw the entire production process, simple screens and some accessories. After the workers process the program one after another, it becomes a projection screen with beautiful appearance and unique design. I can't help but admire it from the bottom of my heart. After I took notes carefully, I also joined the team of workers to gain a deep understanding of the front line of production, understand various products, and become familiar with the company’s production process as soon as possible, so as to lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of future work. The deepest thing is the company’s corporate culture, which permeates every employee’s heart and unconsciously restricts everyone’s code of conduct. Here, just like a big family, everyone loves each other and makes every effort to help others. . I think this kind of atmosphere is very good. Almost everyone here is a wanderer in a foreign land, and this kind of atmosphere gives us people in other places a sense of belonging and a sense of home. Soon, a week passed, and the trained employees returned to their respective positions, and everything was back on track, but I couldn't calm down for a long time. Thank you for the training organized by the company. Not only did I learn a lot, but it also allowed me to have such a good working environment and recognize such good colleagues. I will work hard to do my job well and become a real person!
