One: Find the LED display manufacturer first, provide design drawings, obtain the most suitable LED display model parameters, and consult the LED display that best matches the design environment in advance, in order to save costs better, and the design of conventional sizes is generally matched. It's easier. There are many design companies now. In order to achieve better results, they usually give a lot of special-shaped LED display installation methods. Often the special-shaped LED display is customized by the LED display manufacturer. If there is no ready-made mold, the price of re-opening the mold is very high. Yes, it will generally exceed the budget. Two: Measure some parameters of the full-color LED display to be produced. Including the length and height of the led electronic screen, the length of the angle iron used to fix the unit board, and the frame. Three: Cut the angle iron and frame according to the measurement data. Use an oily pen to trace the angle iron! Note that it must correspond to the mounting screws of the led display unit board. The direction of the led display unit board is the same! Drill a hole after tracing! Then use copper pillars and nuts to fix the row of LED display unit boards! Four: Put one end of the frame together with the corners, and put a row of LED display unit boards into the frame. Pay attention to the direction of the led display unit board to be consistent! Then use screws to fix the row of LED display unit boards to the frame, pay attention to no gap between the unit board and the led display unit board! Then fix the other end of the frame with screws! Step 4: Fix the LED display power supply to the angle iron or frame. Commonly used 220V AC to 5V 40A power supply for led display power supply! Generally one power supply is connected to 8-10 led display unit boards. Every 3-4 led display unit boards are connected to one terminal of the power supply! The positive VCC of the led display unit board is connected to the power supply V+, and the negative GND is connected to the power supply COM. The input end of each power supply is connected to 220 AC, the live wire is connected to the live wire, and the neutral wire is connected to the neutral wire. To prevent static electricity, the power supply of each led display should be grounded! Step 5: Connect the computer and the serial port of the control card with a serial cable. Open the software and set the parameters (please refer to the software debugging for details). Enter the content to be displayed on the full-color LED display and click Send. You must be cautious when installing outdoor full-color LED displays, and you must do a good job of waterproofing. If you accidentally leak water, you must do a good job of draining!
