Why is there a full light on the LED display? _LED display power supply|LED display module|Huaze Optoelectronics

One of the LED display screens is all on. There are four reasons for this situation: 1. There is a problem with the connection cable. The cable connecting the control card and the module is loose or damaged. This kind of problem may occur. It is recommended to re-plug the cable to see if the problem can be solved. 2. The LED display module is damaged and the module is short-circuited, and there is a problem with the module chip. The LED display signal is transmitted from the output pin of one unit board to the input signal of another board, so if one board has a problem, it will cause the entire row behind it to be unlit or abnormal. So when there is a problem with a row of LED display screens, we should replace the board that is abnormal at the beginning of this row, or use a long cable to jump over this board directly, and then see if the back board displays normal . 3. LED display control card problem The control card data transmission error, but such a situation is relatively rare. Turn on the power and check whether the indicator light of the control card is on; if it is not, check whether there is 5V power supply and whether the LED display can display the content. If it can display the content, it means that the control card display content function is good; Then use the control card software to find the control card. If it can be found, it means that the function of the control card sending content is good; if it cannot be found, check whether the communication line is connected. If it is connected, it is very good. There may be a problem with the card. As long as these two functions are good, the control card is good, otherwise the control card must be replaced. 4. LED display power supply problem If the power supply is broken, it will directly cause several boards to be off or abnormal at the same time, because one power supply controls several boards at the same time. If the LED electronic screen does not display or displays abnormally on several boards in the same small area, it should be considered whether the power supply is broken. The most direct detection method is to take the DC voltage of the meter and measure whether the output voltage is between 4.5~5.5V. If it is not within this range, consider replacing the LED display power supply.
